Accu-Flow Balancing Company, LLC is a newly formed company that consists of a team of qualified and certified professionals with over fifty years of experience as balancing supervisors for vast HVAC air and water balancing projects. Our past experiences provide us with the knowledge and understanding that the key elements for a strong relationship with our clients are the importance that ensures quality service, prompt communication and a through detailed final report at the conclusion of a project in a timely manner.
There are numerous factors that could delay in the completion of a project. The objectives of Accu-Flow Balancing Company, LLC is to recognize these possible delays in advance and provide our client prompt feedback to problem areas that are identified so that they may be corrected.
We will review and analyze project drawings, equipment, submittals and specifications in advance, looking to identify any potential factors that may contribute to possible delays for completion of the project. The findings of any discrepancies will described and promptly forwarded for our client to address.
Prior to the performance of balancing we will inspect all systems and devices to verify the completion of installation. Accu-Flow Balancing Company, LLC will communicate with the control company when assistance is required to ensure the systems operate as designed.

Key Personnel
Michael Hensel, President
Mike has over twenty years experience in HVAC Balancing. He has completed the Sheet Metal Workers Local Union #19 Testing and Balancing Program and has participated in Testing, Adjusting and Balancing update programs. He also has attained International Certification with the Testing, Adjusting and Balancing Bureau (TABB). Mike has completed the Mechanical Project Management Program at Pennsylvania State University.
James R. Cook, Vice President
Jim has over twenty years experience in HVAC Balancing. He is a National Environmental Balancing Test and Balancing Supervisor for Air and Hydronic Systems as well as Commissioning. In addition he has been a member of the Technical Committee of the Local NEBB Chapter, Mid Atlantic Environmental Balancing Association. He has completed the Sheet Metal Workers Local Union #19 Testing and Balancing Program and has participated in Testing, Adjusting and Balancing update programs. He also has attained International Certification with the Testing, Adjusting and Balancing Bureau (TABB). Jim has also been an instructor for the Sheet Metal Workers Union Local #19 Balancing Program.
Robert Torrance, TAB Supervisor
Bob has more than fifteen years of HVAC experience, including over six years of Testing, Adjusting and Balancing experience. He has completed the Local Union #19 Sheet Metal Workers Apprenticeship program as well as their Testing, Adjusting and Balancing programs. Bob has also accomplished the HVAC course given by the Technical Institute of Camden County. He is an experienced TAB Supervisor as well as the newest member to the Accu-Flow team.
